School CHHUK supported by Baca Villa
About 35 km away from Siem Reap is the village Phum CHHUK located in the authentic countryside.
The inhabitants are rice farmers, and living in their typical Khmer houses without electricity.
Baca Villa in co-operation with Cambodia Dutch Organization supports in
Phum CHHUK Free English lesson to 220 childeren.

FREE English lessons. From Monday till Friday always from 11.00 till 12.00 and from 13.00 till 14.00 And in the evening form 18.00 – 19.00

It’s necessary to rebuild the old wooden school building. As well as inside the very old wooden benches need to be replaced soon.

A Khmer boy from the village CHHUK is trained to be a teacher. With a second teacher we will start soon.

If you like to visit this school, ask our Staff in the restaurant they can make a plan for you.
To visit the school by our tuk-tuk’s, it costs USD 15.- (2 persons). It’s for the driver, not for the school.
It takes about 1 hour one way to go there.
To visit the school by our Jeep (in the countryside tour) it cost USD 55.- (Max 3 persons).
