After arriving we take the boat at Tonle Sap lake and see how the local people, the school, the police etc. live on the water. Near Phnom Krom the boat docks for a break, here you will see how they catch the fish with their bamboo constructions. The Tonle Sap lake shrinks during the dry season as small as 2500 km and swells in the rainy season to massive 12000 km making it one of the largest fresh water lakes in Asia. When finished we are going to a bamboo restaurant near the water for a fresh drink and see sunset. Around 18.30 Pm we are going back tot the guesthouse. |
